Between 2021-27 the EU budget for NGOs (CERV) was around €1.5bn. The new EU budget proposal is advocating increasing that 600%!!!

The US has realised that USAID is discrediting, outdated political technology and a waste of money. The EU hasn’t! 🇪🇺💶
