»Wokeness« und modernes »Linkssein« sind neue Wörter für das, was Christen »Hochmut« nennen. Eine Todsünde. Um Menschen geistlich kaputtzumachen, bringe sie dazu, ihren Hochmut für gut zu halten – mache sie »woke« und »links«.

Es gibt ein deutsches Wort für den Pseudo-Mut, lautstark gegen das zu sein, was ohnehin schon verurteilt ist: Gratismut. Kostenloser Mut. Gratis so, wie eine Gratis-Bratwurst gratis ist (etwa nach der Impfung).

Wenn eine Beziehung stirbt, wenn sie für einen der Partner schon vorbei ist, können wir das an bestimmten Zeichen ablesen. Etwa dass andere ihm wichtiger sind und er kaltherzig wird. (Wie ist das eigentlich mit der Beziehung zwischen dem Staat und dir?)
Der Tod und die Dummheit tun immer nur den anderen weh. Ähnlich ist es, wenn eine Seite der Debatte (die »Linken« und »Guten«) sich von Logik, Wahrheit und kohärentem Wortsinn losgesagt hat. Es tut nur denen weh, die auf Sinnhaftigkeit bestehen.
Deutsche Politik dreht sich vollständig um die, die Geld vom Staat kassieren (und manchmal zugleich Deutschland hassen). Wer als Deutscher gern Leistung bringt, denkt schon mal übers Auswandern nach. Was spricht dafür?
Von einem politischen Publizisten erwartet das Publikum einen Standpunkt. Einen Aufruf, eine Marschrichtung. Ich scheitere darin. Meine ehrlichste Deutung ist heute: Ihr liegt alle falsch – und ich weiß es auch nicht besser.
The cat catches the mouse and plays with it a while – then bites down. While being played with, the stupid mouse still feels »free«. People who today lose themselves in entertainment or make grand plans are as »free« as that mouse.
